• Lead all High-Performance objectives for Taekwondo Canada
• Devise, implement and monitor Taekwondo Canada high performance and development plans
• Ensure the planning, evaluating and overseeing the implementation of all elements of Taekwondo Canada/s high-performance and development programs to ensure sustainable excellence by Canadian taekwondo athletes
• Lead the development and implementation of talent identification and recruitment strategies in consultation with identified system coaches
