2020 Poomsae World Championship Team
Date: June 27th & July 11th
Taekwondo Canada hosted a two-day online Poomsae camp with members of the 2020 Poomsae World Championship Team. Workshops on nutrition, mental preparation, strength and conditioning were offered by practitioners from CSIC. Specific training drills were offered by Korean National Poomsae Team Coach & world famous Kukkiwon Demonstration Team Coaches. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who helped to facilitate and participate in this successful event. Taekwondo Canada would also like to extend gratitude to Master Seoungmin Rim for his efforts in coordinating this camp.
