- Lead all High-Performance objectives for Taekwondo Canada
- Devise, implement and monitor Taekwondo Canada high performance and development plans
- Ensure the planning, evaluating and overseeing the implementation of all elements of Taekwondo Canada/s high-performance and development programs to ensure sustainable excellence by Canadian taekwondo athletes
- Lead the development and implementation of talent identification and recruitment strategies in consultation with identified system coaches

- Manages the day to day operations of the Taekwondo Canada office
- Develops and manages a Membership database while providing support and guidance to Provincial/Territorial Sport Organization members (P/TSOs) of Taekwondo Canada and the general public
- Manages all key Safe Sport activities including communication with key stakeholders
- Manages and increases the capacity of Taekwondo Canada’s NCCP program, acting as the point of contact between the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) and Taekwondo Canada.
Brittany Rich
High-Performance and Events Manager
- Responsible for organizing all Taekwondo Canada events (competitions and tournaments, training camps, seminars, board retreats, AGM, etc.)
- Managing all World Taekwondo (WT) Global Membership System (GMS) operations
- Develop, maintain and post all Taekwondo Canada communications through, but not limited to, the website and all social media platforms
- Develop and maintain all SafeSport programs in line with Sport Canada requirements
