• Devise, implement and monitor Taekwondo Canada high performance and development plans
• Ensure the planning, evaluating and overseeing the implementation of all elements of Taekwondo Canada’s high-performance and development programs to ensure sustainable excellence by Canadian taekwondo athletes
• Lead the development and implementation of talent identification and recruitment strategies in consultation with identified system coaches

• Responsible for organizing all Taekwondo Canada events (competitions and tournaments, training camps, seminars, board retreats, AGM, etc.)
• Managing all World Taekwondo (WT) Global Membership System (GMS) operations
• Develop, maintain and post all Taekwondo Canada communications through, but not limited to, the website and all social media platforms
• Develop and maintain all SafeSport programs in line with Sport Canada requirements

• Managers the day to day operations of the Taekwondo Canada Kukkiwon program including interactions with the public
• Manages Taekwondo Canada’s NCCP program, acting as the point of contact between the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) and the organization
• Manages all GMS related operations
