Performance Coach Workshop (In-Person) BC

For coaches working with provincial and national Team athletes, this mix of multisport and Taekwondo-specific modules will provide well-rounded training for developing competitive athletes. Participants will learn to manage a competitive sports program, effectively deal with sport psychology and ethical issues, and analyze and evaluate skill and performance.

Workshop Hours/Camp Schedule:

**Please note that all workshop and camp portions of this event are mandatory to attend. Missing any portion of this week will result in not receiving credit for the whole week.

**Timetable is in local local time (PDT)

  • Facilitator: Master Daniel Thornton and Master Kate Nosworthy

  • Location: Vortex Taekwondo – 14770 64th Avenue, Unit 101, Surrey BC. V3S1X7

  • Course Fee: $1200

  • Dress: comfortable attire and coaching appropriate clothing for camp portion

  • Equipment required: Laptop Computer (tablet not recommended), pen/pencil, eraser, notebook, NCCP#.

  • Language: English

**You must be currently registered with Taekwondo Canada and 16 years of age or older

**Taekwondo Canada reserves the right to cancel this workshop if the minimum number of participants is not met.**
