Notice to Taekwondo Canada instructors:
Taekwondo Canada is holding a PSO President Town Hall on August 27th. Taekwondo Canada has formed a Kukkiwon Ad-Hoc committee that is collecting the many concerns and viewpoints to develop a national position for discussion between Taekwondo Canada and Kukkiwon on the future process.
One of the topics on the August Town Hall Agenda is a presentation about the current status of Kukkiwon applications and relationship with Taekwondo Canada. This meeting is for the Presidents of the TC members only. However, any concerns about the Kukkiwon process for the future should be forwarded to your respective PSO President for them to raise in this August Town Hall.
Your questions can also be forwarded to Dave Harris, Executive Director at ed@taekwondo-canada.com. Ensure you place in the subject line “Kukkiwon Ad Hoc Committee.”
There will be a follow-up Kukkiwon Town Hall scheduled for September or October. At this future meeting, only the Presidents will have a voice, but other individuals registered will be invited to participate as observers.
