Training and updating Poomsae, Para Poomsae and Kyorugi referees and coaches in the latest regulations, refereeing techniques and evaluation criteria. It seeks to promote uniformity and quality in decision making during competitions in the region standardized to WT, as well as to promote the development of refereeing in the Pan American field with aspirations to international referee certification.

The seminar will be held in a virtual format to ensure the participation of a large number of referees and coaches from different countries. It will include theoretical and practical sessions, where the following topics will be addressed: Generalities of International Regulations – Review of competition rules and the most recent changes in Poomsae, Para Poomsae, Kyorugi Teams and Virtual TKD.

At the end of the seminar, it is expected that participants will be more confident and prepared to perform their work in Pan American and WT competitions, thus contributing to the growth and development of Taekwondo in the region.
