The 2019 Canadian Nationals Championships (Quebec City) will be held January 10 to 12, 2019 in Quebec City, Quebec.

- Section 6, page 6 – SCHEDULE: note it is subject to change.
- Section 7, page 7 – REGISTRATION dates for Early Bird and Regular Registration has been updated.
- Section 10, page 8 – ELIGIBILITY: Athletes and Coaches must meet requirement for registration to be approved.
