Taekwondo Canada Announces Korean Ambassador’s Cup Online Poomsae Tournament

Ottawa, ON – Taekwondo Canada is pleased to announce the fifth annual Korean Ambassador’s Cup online poomsae tournament. The tournament, presented by the Korean Cultural Centre, is set for September 28th and 29th , 2024 will feature the top poomsae athletes competing for national championship status and prizes.
Taekwondo Canada Executive Director Dave Harris said of the event, “Taekwondo Canada is pleased and proud to offer this online competition to our poomsae athletes. Whether you are a grassroots athlete or in the high performance stream, you are able to compete at this prestigious tournament. I would also like to thank the Korean Cultural Centre for their continued support of the event. We could not run the online tournament without their generous support.”
The registration link, which is open now, can be found at taekwondo-canada.com/events/korean-ambassadors-cup. All athletes in the poomsae discipline are eligible to compete in this event.
