That’s a Wrap for the 2021 Online High Performance Poomsae Nationals

Taekwondo Canada has wrapped up their first ever Online Canadian High Performance Poomsae National Championships!
The online environment was unique and showed how athletes across the country have adapted their training within various provincial restrictions. Athletes put their skills to the test as they competed in dojangs, basements, living rooms, garages, and even the outdoors!

Taekwondo Canada is now quickly shifting their gears to the Online Canadian Recreational Poomsae Nationals that are taking place from February 13-March 7, 2021.
