World Taekwondo Announces New Ranking System and Qualification for Los Angeles 2028

Taekwondo Canada received the attached information package on May 29th, 2024 from World Taekwondo (WT) which outlines and summarizes the new ranking system and qualification for Los Angeles 2028. The new ranking system and qualification officially comes into effect June 1, 2024. New WT Ranking Bylaws and Standing Procedures can be found at worldtaekwondo.org/rules-wt/rules.html. We encourage all competitive Kyorugi coaches and athletes to carefully read the full documents as there will be a completely new points ranking system implemented starting June 1st.
